On January 21, 1974, a young lady named Louella joined the then-named Grayson County Teachers Federal Credit Union. Her new job would prove to be an enduring one.
In 2024, the now Texoma Educators Federal Credit Union is recognizing Louella Williams for her 50 years of service to the organization. (Learn more about Lou.) After her start at the credit union, she worked her way up to her current role as president/CEO. During that time, she has completed multiple degrees, shepherded the credit union through amazing growth and even become a Methodist pastor. Lou is treasured by our members for the leadership and service she provides.
We will honor Lou formally at our annual member meeting on Monday, February 5, 7 pm, at the Sherman Municipal Ballroom. (Make plans to attend.) Please join us in congratulating Lou on this career milestone! (Send a message to Lou.)
